Robert is Senior Advisor at Lumo Advice specialised in financial issues. Robert has over 25 years’ experience as CFO, primarily at professional service firms.

Much of Robert’s work has been change-oriented and has spanned everything from acquisitions and improving compliance and control functions to building a modern controlling department. Robert focuses on supporting and advising organisations’ management and key personnel. He has comprehensive experience in leading and running IT departments and using digitalisation to build efficient processes.

Robert is currently CFO at Hifab AB where he heads the Finance and IT function, with major focus on digitalisation and automatisation. He previously served as London-based CFO for MSL EMEA, then one of the world’s largest PR firms. He also held senior positions at JKL, Softronic and Meritmind.

Robert has extensive experience in building and developing companies – large global organisations as well as new start-ups – and understands the importance of leadership for an organisation’s growth and success. 

Robert studied Agronomy with a focus on business administration at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences.
