Nicklas is Senior Advisor at Lumo Advice. Nicklas is a Swedish national, with 20 years’ experience as strategic advisor to international organisations, governments and corporations.

He specialises in strategic counsel and has extensive expertise in political risk analysis and evaluations in complex international environments. 

Many analyses and evaluations focus on managing operations in complex environments. Nicklas works with managers at the intersection of headquarters and the field, strategy and operations of an organization, and relationships with different key actors navigating the inter-relationships of an organization with social, political, economic and conflict dynamics of the complex environment.

Nicklas is Managing Partner for Stockholm Policy Group. He has carried out more than 100 assignments in 40 countries in the past 20 years. He has a unique experience to navigate in difficult and complex environments and understand the local political contexts.

Nicklas holds a Master of Arts in Political Science from Lund University and a second degree in Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy at The Fletcher School at Tufts University in the USA. He has also studied Middle Eastern studies at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem in Israel, and management and strategy at the HEC School of Management in France.
