Frida is a Partner at Lumo and has been a strategic advisor to a range of clients in both the private and public sectors. Frida has extensive experience in political opinion-building and likes to combine advocacy work with a broad-based positioning plan to achieve real impact.

She helps clients understand their external environment and translate business goals into strategic communication plans. Frida has also led teams through a number of different crises and supports clients in both crisis management and building crisis preparedness.

Frida has worked as an advisor in new industries (such as the gig economy), as well as in more traditional sectors, including heavy industry. She has specialised expertise and experience in the healthcare and life science sectors, and many years’ experience with the energy sector.

Prior to joining Lumo Advice, Frida was a consultant at JKL in Stockholm, with a stint in Berlin. Frida also has experience as a strategy consultant in the healthcare sector and as an analyst at Nordea. Frida holds a master's degree in Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics. She also studied Political Science at Sciences Po in Paris.
